Common Questions
Do I need to be injured to book?
No. Plenty of people come in because something feels off, because they want to move better, or because they are trying to stay ahead of a problem they have had before. You do not need a diagnosis to get started.
What do you actually treat?
Sprains, strains, tendon problems, ligament injuries, runner’s knee, tennis elbow, Achilles pain, and the nagging things that never fully resolved. If it limits how you move or train, it is worth a look.
Will it hurt?
Some discomfort is normal when you start loading tissue that has been avoided. That is different from pain that sets you back, and we tell you which is which as we go.
What happens in a first visit?
A full history and movement assessment, a clear explanation of what we found, then treatment the same day. You leave with a plan and video-guided work to do on your own, not a stack of handouts.
How long until I feel a difference?
Most people notice something in the first few weeks. Durable change, the kind that holds up under load, takes a few months of consistent work. Anyone promising faster than that is selling you something.
How long before I can train again?
Usually sooner than you think, and rarely all at once. We modify what you are doing instead of stopping it, then add load back as the tissue tolerates it.
A Smarter, Better Approach to Recovery
While we value every patient, our goal isn’t short-term relief — it’s lasting change. We don’t want you returning month after month with the same problem.
Our approach combines hands-on care, intelligent loading, and education so you understand your body and build resilience over time.
You’re an active participant in the process. We guide, adjust, and support — but the goal is confidence, strength, and independence.
Let’s get to work.
